We had some beautiful guests stay with us for 2 weeks over Easter and we were lucky enough that the gentleman was a fantastic photographer. Here are 2 Dippers collecting nesting material and a pair of Grey Wagtails catching food near our bridge.

Dippers are featured in one of our books in Park Hall, 'A Photographic Guide to Birds of Britain & Europe' - Dippers, Cinclus, part of the Cinclidae bird family are found on fast-flowing, clear rivers in hilly country. Widespread but seldom particularly common because of habitat requirements.

This week many many things have gone wrong, we all have weeks like this sometimes.
With a heavy motor heart we said goodbye to our Bosch Classixx 6 on Monday 19th May, She/he/it did the last spin during the night and the next morning was gone. Bosch helped me with so many changeovers, definitely be missed, loyal but awkward at times 😆😂. We now welcome to the pack our Hoover H-Wash 350. We are super happy with our Solar Panels, having Green energy makes us feel we are doing our bit for the environment, making Park Hall a greener choice for our guests💚.

We had many discussions with the Sales team regarding the equipment and weather it needed protecting from the weather - obviously Sales said "No" and the installation team said "Yes"! 💚💚💚💚

Day 7 - Dry Stone Wall is finished! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 As Nessa would say, "Tidy". Unfortunately this is not something most guests will get excited about, however the outside and how we present Park Hall is increasingly important. There are so many projects we want to get done for our guests but it just isn't possible at the moment.
