* A short break is either for three or four nights and is normally only available during the low season. A three night break starts on a Friday (4 p.m.) and a four night break starts on a Monday (4 p.m.)
Linen Bed linen and towels are included in the charges.
Energy Oil and electricity will be charged according to usage during the stay at the rate prevailing at the time.
Pets A maximum of two pets are permitted at £20 per booking per pet.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
A security deposit of £150 is required before the let and refunded for good housekeeping within two weeks of departure.
To secure a booking we ask for a deposit of £250 with the balance payable eight weeks before the start of the let.
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended – details upon request.
Two cots and two high chairs are available free of charge – please advise at time of booking.
