Park Hall is let for the number of people specified booked

Bookings
All booking to be confirmed with a non refundable deposit of £250. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Late bookings are subject to availability and payment upon arrival.

Property
Park Hall is let for the number of people specified and for the period booked, exception only with prior arrangement. All members of your party agree not to use the house for any commercial purposes, including and without limitation, assigning or subletting or allowing anyone to occupy it who has not previously been accepted by the owners. 
All members of your party agree to keep the property clean and tidy and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as found at the beginning of your holiday period.
You also undertake to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. You and your party are responsible for the costs of any damage or breakages to the property and its contents.

Arrivals and departure 
After 4.00 PM on day of arrival 
Departure no later than 10.00 AM please 
Prices include electricity, gas and oil. All linen is provided, including kitchen and bathroom towels. The towels provided are for use in the property only.

Bookings for next year are coming through steadily.  So if you are planning a family gathering or some other event and are thinking of specific dates do contact us soon. 

Why come to Mid Wales and the Ceredigion Coast?  You may well see seals and dolphins and some lucky visitors this year saw a blue shark just off the beach at New Quay.  At Nant y Arian near Aberystwyth the RSPB feed the Red Kites daily and the warden told us that in winter they can have as many as 250 each day.  It is truly an amazing sight and well worth the trip especially as you can combine it with watching the spectacular display by starlings over the sea in Aberystwyth in the late afternoon.

Nov 2015 Perfect house with excellent views. A family reunion with 4 generations, everyone loved Park Hall with lots to do inside and out, very well equipped with everything you need for a break away for all ages. The booking was simple and straightforward with fantastic communication with Carol and Roger. All the rooms were lovely and comfortable and the bedrooms had fantastic views. I can't recommend Park Hall enough.
